Freedom used to be my desire also and yes freedom is a wonderful experience I still want. However, I realise freedom has always been inside me (freedom to choose etc etc) and that freedom will come from a heart that allow love through it, to me and to everything. I guess in many ways to experience the divinity within me rippling out and to experience this will be the ultimate freedom.<br /><br />Marla, I had a dream a little while ago where Neale Donald Walsh told me that the teachings of Abraham Hicks were missing the love factor. It really stuck with me and made sense. To me a lot of the teachings are missing the divine within. Its all about creating an outer experience but the inner is more important and the outer takes care of itself. I am A-Typical Generation X and have always valued my freedom above all else. All I manifest and create in my life facilitates this basic value. As I&#39;ve applied Universal Law to my life, I find that it&#39;s rarely for something I want, and most usually for something I need. I would imagine that stripped from material goods many people would agree with you. I attended a personal development course this week as part of my voluntary work. We had to look at a list of over a hundred values including goodwill,beauty,power,money,success etc. I was very surprised that my top value that meant more to me than anything else was not a material thing at all (although like you I do appreciate material things too).
