REVIEW: Rio Rosa Mosqueta Anti-Ageing Day & Night Cream - GIVEAWAY

Rio Rosa Mosqueta Anti-Ageing Day & Night Cream

Some of you may already know the fantastic experience I had with Rio Rosa Mosqueta Rosehip Oil on my rosacea HERE, but I have also had the opportunity to review the Rio Rosa Mosqueta Anti-Ageing Day and Night Cream.

This cream compliments the oil beautifully and works during the day to protect the skin and during the night to nourish, repair and hydrate as you sleep. Like the oil it contains rosehip oil but also includes some deeply rejunvenating and soothing ingredients.

These include:
Bulgarian rose extract
Shea butter
Macadamia nut oil
Aloe Vera

Apart from being certified organic, it is free from parabens, paraffin and other synthetic ingredients.

RioRosa say that the Anti-Ageing Day & Night Cream :

Rejuvenates and protects naturally
Helps prevent the signs of ageing
Renews tired looking skin
Boosts moisture levels
Protects against UVA damage
Certified organic

Rio Rosa Mosqueta Anti-Ageing Day & Night Cream

My Experience

The first thing I noticed about the Rio Rosa Mosqueta Anti-Ageing Day and Night Cream was its light gentle scent and simple packaging. A certified organic cream, the scent was not overpowering, but feminine and understated (perfect for sensitive skin). I used both the oil and cream over a 2 week period and tended to apply the oil and apply the cream a little later for better absorption. The cream is the most deeply nourishing moisturiser I have ever used. It feels buttery but in a gorgeously opulent way. I have quite dry skin on my forehead and chin area and combining the oil and cream has not only continued to soothe my skin and the rosacea but it has cleared up the dry patches that I have had for years.

The pot was easy to open and easy to take the exact amount I needed for my skin, and using it day and night I have been told my skin is looking so much better. The rosacea is continuing to lessen, and moisturising together with going gluten-free has really improved the acne I was getting regularly on my right cheek.

In the past if I used a night cream I would wake up the next morning with dry skin again but my skin feels sufficiently moisturised with the Anti-Ageing Day & Night Cream.

Who Would I Recommend The Anti-Ageing Day & Night Cream For?

  • If you suffer from dry skin, and want your skin to feel supported during the day and night.

  • Those with sensitive skin especially those with rosacea.

  • Anyone wanting a cream full of nurturing ingredients that is also organic.

*I would not recommend this cream for those with oily skin

Would I Continue Using It?

Yes!! My skin has never looked better. And I have used a lot of different moisturisers over the years. When you have sensitive skin or rosacea it is hard to find something that suits your skin type. And as someone who has been told that my skin is like a sponge, and discovering a product that actually genuinely nourishes it, I cannot go back to the other creams.
